RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not, we offer a partial refund or exchange on any item within 28 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. We retain a 15% courier fee for returns.

We regret that we cannot accept any product back if the product has been opened or used, as we are unable to sell this product to another customer.

However, if, upon delivery, you notice that any of the products in your order are damaged we shall be happy to replace them.

You should return any product to the address below, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us, and we cannot accept any responsibility of the order until it arrives back with us. So, we always recommend you return packages using an insured and traceable service.

We will take up to 7 days to process your return, if a refund is to be issued that will then be processed within this time. We will email you with confirmation of your refund being processed. Your bank/credit card company can take up to 14 days to process the refund into your account.
